EXHIBITOR STAFF BADGE REGISTRATION
Exhibitor Staff Badge Registration Portal - Due October 3rd.
Exhibitor staff badges are exclusively for Gallery Staff. If you wish to bring a gallery artist, collector or family member please use one of the complimentary admission tickets provided by Art Toronto. The number of exhibitor staff badges allotted per exhibitor is based on booth size, for more information please see the Exhibitor Services Package.
Exhibitor staff badges are used for security purposes and restrict unauthorized persons from facility access and must be worn at all times and be clearly visible to security personnel.
Lost or additional staff badges will be available for purchase in the Show Office and will be available for pick-up as of Friday morning for $50.00 CAD plus HST. Out of respect for McMichael as hosts of the Opening Night Party, these badges will not be available before Friday morning.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS
Each exhibitor will receive two types of complimentary tickets (“Opening Night Party, Thursday 6pm Entry Tickets” and “Collector’s Passes, Fri – Sun”) which will be available as electronic tickets and can be distributed to your guests directly from your personal ticket portal. You should have received an email with a link to access your portal (the email was sent from noreply@mail3.microspec.com). This How-To PDF will explain how to use the portal. Important note: tickets MUST be distributed electronically to guests and cannot be held for pick up onsite at the fair.
