Curating Your Booth

The curation of your booth is a key factor in ensuring your success at the fair.

We recommend creating a layout plan before arriving to streamline your installation process. Upon arrival onsite, you’ll have access to your booth and can make any necessary adjustments as needed.

Merchandise Pass Information

Distribution & Purpose

Merchandise passes will be provided to gallery directors or authorized representatives during exhibitor registration at show set-up. These essential security documents govern the removal of any artwork from the exhibition premises.

Removal Requirements

Important: No artwork may exit the exhibition without a properly completed and authorized merchandise pass. This policy applies to:

  • Client purchases
  • Gallery transfers
  • Shipping arrangements
  • Exhibitor removals

Required Documentation Elements

Each merchandise pass must contain:

  • Date of removal
  • Booth number
  • Gallery name
  • Detailed artwork description
  • Complete client information
  • Authorized representative signature

Processing Procedure

  1. Pink copy: Retained by the exhibitor for records
  2. Yellow and white copies: Submitted by the client to security personnel upon exit
  3. Additional passes: Available at the show office as needed

Please note: Merchandise passes serve exclusively as security documentation and do not replace sales receipts. Certain printed materials (catalogs, books, magazines) may also require merchandise passes for removal.
