Art Toronto Onsite Exhibitor Order Desk
Art Toronto operates an onsite exhibitor order desk on the show floor during move-in. The order desk is located at the top of the Main (Hall B) escalator. Please visit the order desk for any concerns about your:
Booth Walls
Booth lighting
Booth Electrical
Paint touchups
For small paint touch ups, paint touch up kits are available at the order desk for exhibitors to use within their booth.
Larger paint touch ups can be requested at the order desk. Before Stronco paints anything in your booth, all artwork must be removed from the booth (or moved off to the side and completely covered). Both the exhibitor and a member of show management must be present during paint touch ups after artwork has been moved in to the booth.
If you wish to make changes and additions to your booth design onsite, please see a member of the show management team at the onsite order desk. A ticket will be opened with the onsite contractors, and they will visit booths in ticket order to complete the work requested. Galleries must pay for onsite orders before they are completed, only VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Debit will be accepted. All changes are subject to Show Management approval and availability from onsite contractors to complete this work.

Note: In the unlikely event that your booth was not built to the exact specifications of your Final Booth Design you will not be charged to have the booth corrected to match your Final Booth Design. Please visit the order desk as soon as possible to notify us of the issue.
Note: If you add a light fixture onsite that is included in your booth package, but wasn't allocated as part of your final booth design you will still be charged the onsite rate for the light addition labour. Orders are subject to onsite availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please consider your total included amount of lights when finalizing your booth design. Be sure to place orders in advance by the August 23, 2025 deadline.
Interne Services
Complimentary Exhibitor Internet
Art Toronto will provide complimentary Exhibitor WIFI access on the show floor. Onsite in your Exhibitor Registration Package you will receive log-in instructions, we ask that you keep this information confidential with those working in your booth only.
The WIFI provided is gauged at a transfer rate of 3 Mbps up and down per user which is suitable for:
- Internet browsing
- Sending and receiving e-mails
- Browsing online image galleries/catalogues
- Updating social media
Note: For access to outside servers, large file transfers, VPN’s, remote desktops or playing video content, you will need to order additional internet access through the MTCC directly as outlined.
Additional Internet Access
- Wireless Internet access for exhibitors is $395.00 and includes unlimited wireless access for one computer or device from anywhere within the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for the duration of the event
- Exhibitors must provide their own 802.11 WIFI capable equipment
- Wired Internet Access is also available. For more information visit the service order form page.
- Show Management, exhibitors and attendees are prohibited from providing or distributing any wired or wireless (including cellular-based and 3G/4G wireless access points) Internet access within the facility without permission from the MTCC. Any installations that have not been granted permission in advance will be subject to removal without compensation.
Orders for all telecommunication services are to be submitted on Monday, October 6, 2025.
Note: Orders can also be placed on-site at the MTCC Exhibitor Services booth in the exhibit hall. Additional service charges may apply.

Please note the following for audio visual rental services:
- GDW Productions Inc is our preferred onsite supplier for any audio-visual rentals
- Please notify us at ArtOperations@informa.com if you intend to incorporate audio-visuals into your booth
