Badge Allocation and Timeline
Allocation: The number of exhibitor badges allocated to your gallery corresponds directly to your booth size. Please refer to the allocation chart below for details.
Registration Timeline:
- To access the badge portal, click the link in the email from mers@microspec.com or visit: https://www.microspec.com/exreg/login/ART25/ (if you don’t know or don’t remember your password, click the “Forgot / Change your password” to reset it)
- Deadline to register staff badges is 11:59pm ET Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Exhibitor Badges
Badge Access & Eligibility
Gallery Staff Only: Exhibitor badges are reserved exclusively for official gallery personnel or represented artists who will be assisting during the fair. For collectors, or family members, please utilize the complimentary admission tickets provided by Art Toronto.
Security Protocol: These badges serve as essential security credentials, preventing unauthorized access to exhibition areas. Badges must be prominently displayed and worn at all times for immediate verification by security personnel.
Comprehensive Access: Badge holders enjoy full access to exhibition facilities during all operational periods:
- Set-up days
- VIP preview hours
- Opening Night Party
- Public exhibition days
- Dismantling periods

Move-in / Move-out
Any additional staff assisting with move-in/out only will be able to obtain a temporary pass from the exhibitor services desk. These passes are valid for move-in/out only.
Additional Badge Purchase Options
Each exhibitor may purchase extra badges through the portal and on-site. These badges are only valid Friday-Sunday, they are not valid for opening night.

Exhibitor Badge Replacement
Lost Badge Policy: Replacement badges require a fee of $55 CAD plus HST. Replacement badges can be ordered at the Show Office (Room 204) from 10:00am Friday, October 24.
Verification Requirements: All exhibitor badges are issued under the authority of your gallery's director or authorized representative. For security purposes, please be prepared to present identification upon arrival at the exhibition.
Complimentary Artist Passes: Each exhibiting gallery may register up to four artists for complimentary admission passes.
Access Specifications:
- Valid for single-day entry on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
- Does not permit same-day re-entry
- Distinct from exhibitor staff badges with limited access privileges
Complimentary Admission Tickets
Exhibitors receive complimentary tickets based on booth type and size. Digital tickets will be distributed online from exhibitor portals. Opening Night Celebration - Thursday, October 23 | 6:00PM - 10:00PM
Hosted by the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, Canada's premier institution dedicated to Canadian art. The evening features cocktails and canapés throughout the event.
- Exhibitor badges grant automatic entry
- Additional complimentary tickets allocated by booth category (see below)
- Extra tickets available for purchase only (via the exhibitor portal)
