The Art Toronto VIP Program is an agenda of exclusive events that includes visits to some of Toronto’s top private and corporate art collections, visits to artist studios, curator-led tours of museums and galleries and private receptions. Participation in the VIP Program is by invitation only and is available to the clients of our participating galleries, sponsors and partners, collectors, senior staff at museums and art institutions, curators and advisors.

Art Toronto is reimagining the VIP experience with a concise calendar of around 30 intimate events across fair week and weekend, and we’re inviting exhibiting galleries to help shape it. We’re prioritizing high‑quality, well‑crafted proposals that create real access and conversation for collectors and arts leaders in formats best suited to small groups. Events should run under one hour, be designed for 10–30 guests, and feel warm, personal, and experiential. Think concise, well‑hosted moments that foreground the artist’s voice, process, or context. Submissions are due by July 31, 2026.
