Exhibitor Badges
Allocation: The number of exhibitor badges allocated to your gallery corresponds directly to your booth size. Please refer to the allocation chart below for details.
Registration Timeline:
- Ticket and badge portals will be distributed in September.
- Deadline to register staff badges is 11:59pm ET Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Badge Access & Eligibility
Gallery Staff Only: Exhibitor badges are reserved exclusively for official gallery personnel or represented artists who will be assisting during the fair. For collectors, or family members, please utilize the complimentary admission tickets provided by Art Toronto.
Security Protocol: These badges serve as essential security credentials, preventing unauthorized access to exhibition areas. Badges must be prominently displayed and worn at all times for immediate verification by security personnel.
Comprehensive Access: Badge holders enjoy full access to exhibition facilities during all operational periods:
- Set-up days
- VIP preview hours
- Opening Night Party
- Public exhibition days
- Dismantling periods
Lost Badge Policy: Replacement badges require a fee of $55 CAD plus HST. Replacement badges can be ordered at the Show Office (Room 204).

Each exhibitor may purchase 2 extra badges through the portal and on-site.
Move-in / Move-out: Any additional staff assisting with move-in/out only will be able to obtain a temporary pass from the exhibitor services desk. These passes are valid for move-in/out only.
Verification Requirements: All exhibitor badges are issued under the authority of your gallery's director or authorized representative. For security purposes, please be prepared to present identification upon arrival at the exhibition.
Complimentary Tickets
Exhibitors receive complimentary tickets based on booth type and size. Digital tickets will be distributed online from exhibitor portals in September.
Opening Night Celebration - Thursday, October 29 | 4PM - 10PM
Hosted by the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, Canada's premier institution dedicated to Canadian art. The evening features cocktails and canapés throughout the event.

First Look Opening Night Artist Tickets
We all know Opening Night truly comes alive when the artists are in the room. This year, the McMichael is thrilled to roll out exclusive promotional pricing for dealers only, making it easier than ever to bring your artists to Opening Night and be part of this unforgettable celebration of art in Canada!
2x Reduced price First Look Opening Night tickets (4PM entry) will be available to purchase through your ticket distribution portal to invite gallery exhibiting artists to the fair. Tickets are $120 each and do not have a charitable tax receipt issued.

Note: These tickets are valid for unlimited reentry during all public hours of the fair.
VIP Guest Invitations
Each participating gallery is invited to register up to 10 VIP passes for their clients.
Requests are to be submitted via VIP Guest Registration Form by July 31. For VIP requests to be accepted, full names and addresses for each guest must be included. We remind you that each pass is valid for entry for two (2) individuals, and therefore couples only require one pass.
Please note that VIP passes are not reserved for galleries who do not submit requests by the deadline. Generic gallery VIP passes will not be created.
VIP passes include unlimited re-entry into the fair Friday, Saturday and Sunday including the exclusive VIP preview from 11am – 12 pm daily. It also includes concierge assistance for on-site needs and access to the VIP lounge and Entrance at Art Toronto.
VIPs will also be able to access special programming such as collector tours, artist talks, and private viewings.
Note: The VIP pass does not include the opening night event.
